Refund & Shipping Policy

Section 01

Product Description

FutureWithAi sells the Cinematic n8n Automation Pack — a curated collection of over 2,000 pre-built automation workflow template files (JSON format), setup documentation, and supporting media assets. This is entirely a digital product. Physical store pickups or home deliveries of other engineering products are managed separately by our parent concern, Anshuman Enterprises.

Upon successful payment for the digital pack, buyers receive:

  • A private Google Drive link containing all 2,000+ n8n workflow JSON files.
  • Access to the exclusive FutureWithAi Insider Community — a private group for updates and support.
  • Setup guides, documentation, and video tutorials.
  • PLR (Private Label Rights) license enabling modification and resale of the templates.
Section 02

Return & Replacement Policy

🚫 No Return & No Replacement Policy

We do not accept returns or replacements on any products once they are sold. All sales are final. Since our products are digital assets, once access is provided or files are delivered, we cannot offer any return, refund, or replacement. Please ensure you review the features, categories, and setup documentation before confirming your purchase.

Section 03

Refund Policy

Refunds are only processed in exceptional cases where a refund has been formally approved by the company. We do not initiate refunds automatically or on request without proper review and authorization by the management.

Refund Processing Time: If any refund is approved by the company, it will take 7 working days to credit back to your original source account (bank account / UPI / credit card used at the time of purchase).

Refund Eligibility

Below is a clear breakdown of what qualifies and does not qualify for an exceptional refund:

Eligible for Review
✓ Google Drive link not received within 2 hours of payment
✓ Duplicate charge / double payment on the same order
✓ Proven technical defect making files completely unusable
✓ Payment debited but order not created (no download link generated)
Not Eligible
✗ "Change of mind" after Google Drive link has been accessed
✗ Refund requested after 48 hours from purchase
✗ User already downloaded files from the Google Drive link
✗ Issues arising from user's own n8n setup or API keys
✗ Dissatisfaction with product contents after using it
Section 05

Digital Delivery & Access

All product access is delivered digitally. Upon confirmed payment:

  • A Google Drive link containing all files will be sent to your registered email within 30 minutes.
  • An invitation to the exclusive FutureWithAi Insider Community will also be sent to your email.
  • If you do not receive access within 2 hours, please contact us at +91 70658 15743 (WhatsApp) or email us immediately.

We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by an incorrect email address provided at checkout. Please verify your contact details before submitting.

Section 06

Shipping & Store Pickups

For custom projects, custom database solutions, or retail orders processed through **Anshuman Enterprises**, we outline our delivery guidelines below:

  • No Default Online Shipping: We do not ship custom physical products automatically. Customers are encouraged to visit our Greater Noida store once satisfied with our project models and pricing.
  • Advance Payment and Home Delivery: If the order amount is fully paid in advance, home delivery or deployment setups to your local premises will take 7 working days to deliver/complete.
